To those who think that the current Healthcare proposals will not cause rationing, think about this - for non emergency doctor's office visits, we can already at times wait 2-3 weeks to get an appointment.  Allofasudden, 47 million more people have immediate access to these same doctors, yet there aren't many new doctors added in the meantime...
